      The Scrum Team consists of a Product Owner, the Development Team, and a Scrum Master. Scrum Teams are self-organising and cross-functional.

      The Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of the product and the work of the Development Team.
    3. Development Team[+]
      The Development Team consists of persons who deliver a potentially releasable Product, at each Iteration. Only members of the Development Team create the Iteration and are trusted to self manage.
